Today I had the opportunity to throw around with @nepd right outside the weight room. I am finally comfortable throwing the new football size. For a while it was weird throwing such a large football, but now it feels just fine. I am preparing to max around Thanksgiving time which is why we have been doing low weight-high reps.
Height: 5'8
(Middle School)
Deadlift: 135 LBS x5 , 185 LBS x5 , 185 LBS x5
Overhead Press: 45 LBS x5, 45 LBS x6, 45 LBS x5 (Stop reps)
Accessories: Box jumps bounds (medium box to Large box + small box), chin ups (Today's APS*: 10.0), Pull ups (Today's APS: 10.0), incline bench press (40 LBS) & 5-10-5 shuttle
*APS means Average Per Set
