Snug Witness Has Launched With PoeticSnake & TheBugIQ

Hello WhaleShares Community. At long last @PoeticSnake and @TheBugIQ have decided to finally launch a witness into WhaleShares waters. Our decision to become a witness has been a slow and thoughtful decision for us.

This was as much a community decision as a personal decision for us. Since we first started working on projects on WhaleShares, we have received personal messages and general encouragement to start a witness that people could support.

We are happy to finally announce we have started our witness, and are happy to continue being a part of building and supporting the WhaleShares community. We hope you will support us as well.

Our name @Snug is simply a little mashup of Snekky and Bug and gives us the feeling that we want to convey to people. We are a witness team that is approachable, warm and inviting. We are involved and available and we interact weekly with the community on our You Got Snekked Discord

Snekky and I have had the pleasure of starting several projects on WhaleShares and will continue building and supporting the community to the best of our abilities.

• @Artist ~ A premier project supporting and highlighting artists and their work from all cultures. Supported by @FreedomExists, @Nepd, @Vit and @Seveaux
• YouGotSnekked ~ A high quality manual curation project that supports great, original content.
• @OpenMicContest ~ A weekly Singing and Instrumental contest Supported by @FreedomExists, @Seveaux and @Nepd
• @MoveIt ~ A community project to promote health and wellness on WhaleShares and to get everybody moving!! Supported by @FreedomExists, @Vit, @Seveaux and @Nepd
• @Trips ~ A travel project with a focus on helping people travel and just get out more whether near or far and for micro meetups. Supported by @FreedomExists, @Vit, @Seveaux and @Nepd
• @MicroLoans ~ This project is to provide small, interest free loans to people who are seeking to start a business and sell their items locally and online. MicroLoans was pleased to begin its very first project with @CrazyBGAdventure & @Ravijojla and their @Balkan-Candles BeesWax Candle business.

@PoeticSnake is an excellent artist and works with many mediums from canvas to rocks and more and is a budding photographer! She also has a lovely puppet called Snekky and is a great singer! Although she really is very shy, believe it or not!

@TheBugIQ works as a full time musician and professional photographer in real life. He loves writing, comedy, outdoor gear and anything inspiring. Oh and long walks on the beach.

The Snug Witness brings together the chaotic creativity of Snekky with Bug’s creative drive. Together they are a caring team for good and positive change.

We would like to take a moment to thank the technical arm of our witness, @MandelSage. His tireless efforts to get it right have been nothing short of heroic. There are also numerous others who helped him along the way and I look forward to seeing his comment on this post detailing that support. Thank you all.
