How and Why You Should Vote Witness?

Before I explain how and why you should Vote for Witnesses, let's know What is a Witness?

Witnesses are the Guardians of Whaleshares Blockchain

Witnesses in Whaleshares can be called the Block Producers Of Whaleshares. They are responsible for finding blocks and seeding the blockchain. They also set the Policies and Rules for the Whaleshares Blockchain using Majority Voting among Witnesses.

How Can You Vote a Witness?

The first Step will be to go to the Witness Page In Whaleshares.

In the above picture as you can see , click on Vote For Witnesses to vote for your Witness

The second step will be to click on The Arrow in front of the Witness you intend to Vote For. After clicking on the Arrow button, wait for a few seconds until it turns Blue Colour.

Why Should You Vote Witnesses?

The first and foremost point is it doesn't take a single penny from to vote but it may take few seconds of your time. Also you have 30 votes which can be used to vote 30 Witnesses.

Second point is that it would be Good to know the people who will be deciding what happens with Blockchain. This is especially true because the decisions will have impact on the Whole Community.

Third point is that Witnesses receive Monetary rewards for finding blocks according to their Ranks among the Witnesses. If you want to keep this Rewards to go to Good People who will invest their time and money to develop and help the Whaleshares Blockchain.

Fourth point is that it shows as an End user you are interested in the activities of Blockchain. As Witnesses are the Representatives of the Users Of the Whaleshares Blockchain, it would be in the best interest of you to vote for the Witnesses who have policies according to your viewpoint and help the Whaleshares Community to develop.
