Which Witnesses Should I vote for?

Hi Whaleshares, and especially hi Whaleshares Witnesses!

After having posted some rather long posts / articles, in this post I mostly want to ask questions, that will hopefully get answered via the comment section. Recently, I’ve learned that among the top-20 Consensus Witnesses currently - at least on one occasion that I am aware of, 1 person is running 2 nodes, and even has 2 votes to cast on extremely important HardFork decisions to be made. And where I can completely understand that when a brand new platform is founded all witness help is appreciated, right now - where we are almost welcoming the number 5,000 Whalesharian account - the platform already seems mature enough to not have a top-20 witness running more than one node - which completely undermines the dPOS algorithm and the platform as a whole…

Also, in the comment section of my last post, it was brought to my attention by @bushkill that apparently some top-20 witnesses are completely Missing in Action (miA) / absent / unable to get into contact with! That’s a rather unhealthy situation for an evolving platform - Consensus witnesses that are absent. Also, he told me that some people were shilling witnesses without knowing anything about their plans / capabilities. Fair point!

Which brings me to the meat of this post of mine: right now, I am completely confused on which witnesses to vote on!

Therefore, I hereby kindly ask every witness on the Whaleshares platform, to explain to me, and everybody reading this as well of course:

-1- Who are you, what are your plans with Whaleshares?
-2- What specific skills & capabilities do you bring to this wonderful platform?
-3- Why should I consider voting for you?
