And I was at that point a few months already! But because I am stubborn as F*** I just kept going and going and adding more because fuck it right? Well, no more!

For almost 3 years, might be even longer, I have been working on You Got Snekked, the curation project and the discord group that comes with it.
To be honest, the curation part was always the best. Giving out votes just makes me happy.
The Discord group is a different story.
I tried and tried but for some reason it never became what I had in mind.

Curation

From now on I will only curate from my personal account! This one I am on right now.
@yougotsnekked will no longer be active.
I don't feel there is much need for curation posts on this chain anymore after the votes have been replaced with tips. Don't get me wrong, I love the tips but something sure has changed and I no loner feel the support for curation as I did in the past. It takes me a long time to write the curation posts and as you can all see, I already stopped doing them the normal way a few weeks ago. When you feel you are only doing it for yourself it won't give you the smile it should bring.
I will still do my best to find amazing posts and maybe even write a post about them now and then.
@yougotsnekked is put in powerdown and all funds will be moved to @asnekontheloose. A huge amount has already been replaced through a tip.

Discord.

After working hard to get the Discord group going, I still feel that its not what I want it to be. It's super hard to get people active and talking! I always wonder why. There is no better way to connect to your fellow chain members than having a nice chat! The only moment the chat becomes active is when there is a show or a give-away. This makes me really sad to be honest! Why would you join a group and not be active? You Got snekked is a very open-minded place and we welcome all unless you are there to cause problems. I won't give up the group on discord but I really hope things will change.... FAST because I am feeling like I am freezing my balls off in the cold there atm!
That being said!!!

Are you someone who is willing to face the battle with me?
Are you willing to SPEND some time EACH DAY in the server to try and make it fun again?

Don't say you want to be an admin if you are not willing to work for it!
In my opinion, admins are active, very active and try their best to pull more members in and make it a fun place to be around!
Greet new members, help with contests and overall be there!

Shows

Gosh, what can I say... I love doing the shows but I am tired!
Perhaps the time for shows is over but I find that WEIRD! Again, there is no better way to connect with other members than being together and having some fun. I tried to change Monday Madness over and over to make it fun but I still feel like I am doing work instead of having a fun time! Because of the fact that there is hardly anyone willing to share their posts or talk these days, I am throwing in the towel for shows for now. Over and over I asked people what they want, if they want to do a show etc.... I hardly get any answers. Maybe in the future there will be a show with me again but for now I am done with them! I just want to have fun!

JOIN THE POD

I love the now pod thingies and after a long time I made one!
@asnakeontheloose is a fun place for the members in yougotsnekked because the POD mostly does contest who are fast and simple! In the new year the contest will be a tad harder and perhaps more as well! Depending on how active the members are as well. So far, the contests have been embraced warmly and that is something that makes me smile! With only my personal account and the POD account I feel more comfy and willing to spend time on them.
