How ignorant of me, ain't it? I had to look up moussaka. For some reason I have never heard of this dish until now, so definitely happy to have discovered something new. Pumpkin is one of the vegetables that I am still learning about haha since people don't really use it a lot where I'm from. I wonder why?
Based on the list of the ingredients and pictures, looks like a tasty dish that doesn't take long to make. Baking is the best during winter, keeps your kitchen warm and your belly full haha.
