Watch out for @yash0108 --- He copies/pastes other people's works.

I have been downvoting @yash0108 and I recommend you do the same.

He takes entire articles from the internet "puts a quote to source" and does it one-after-the-other non stop.

The original authors of these articles, no longer get traffic to their website where the original article was posted.

Google might even incorrectly send people here to get the article, which means all of the author's work was for nothing.

A plagiarist, who copies other people's work, and re-posts it, hurts both the original author, and the whaleshares community when they do that...

If yash0108 truly wanted to share these articles.... he should write about the link, why he thinks we should click it, and then post a link to the original article.

  • This way the original author of that work gets us visiting that website to see it.

  • This way google doesn't incorrectly link its search results to whaleshares for the original article by mistake

  • We don't receive copyright / plagiarism complaints under the whaleshares.io domain name

  • Google doesn't penalize us for constantly posting "stolen" material from the internet, and duplicating it here, thereby lowering our own domain name's search engine visibility.

What's ironic, is @yash0108 even has a "C" copyright symbol in his name, and a TM for trademark.

This means, he already knows about copyright and trademark infringement problems, but he continues to do it.

Have a question about plagiarism, how to hurt illegitimate rewards, what the best strategy for dealing with these people are?

Let's discuss it in the comments below.
