When you combine power and greed in a community what do you get?

Is increasing becoming difficult for me to accept the fact that, the culture and the fundamentals of why Whaleshares is built is being lost.

• It is sad to see people doing comment fighting, calling each other ugly names, this is so wrong on all levels and it is destroying the community. If you don't agree with someone's post, is okay to disagree and give a constructive feedback. If you get a feedback on your post, don't see it as an attack, if you feel it is one, MUTE the person and live your life. It should not become war.

• People increasingly trying to make money off others while destroying their reputation in the process..., if you have an issue with someone, take it up with the person in their DMs on discord or anywhere else. Instead what is happening is the person quickly write a post about it, power the post with Whaletokens in an attempt to destroy the other person. I understand that there is FREEDOM OF SPEECH, but I fear this FREEDOM will end up destroying the community. How will new people joining feel and think when they see things like this on the trending page? It ends up getting bad for the writer too.

• Community leaders feeling all super powerful and deciding who is what and who can do what. Yes you are a community leader, Yes you have power, but this power is given to you to serve the community. Without the community you are powerless. The way I see it is that you are an Employee Of The Community, you will push people from time to time, but always remember you were giving that title to SERVE and not to BOSS. So educate people that get it wrong and keep your community running with love because you are only there because of them.

Question: When you combine power and greed in a community what do you get?

Answer : You get a community where everyone is bitter and selfish. In the end most people will leave and the community will fail.

This is my observation, it is in no way an attack on anyone, all I want to say is that let us work together to make Whaleshares a better place for all of us. We are all here because we don't want another STEEMIT.

Let's live with Only Love because it has the power to change everything.
