The Big Apple ~ Part 3

Our tour of The Big Apple continues with one of the star attractions. Candy Land!

This area of this great facility was the dusty tee shirt and general merch area before new owners came in with a new vision. The previous owners also did not have a very good reputation for treating their employees very well. That also seems to have changed and the morale of those who work there seems much higher and I have not heard any negative stories since the new ownership and management.

This random tourist gal was kind enough to pose for me to show the scale of how huge that bear was! I'm always to grateful for easy going people!! :grinning:

It really is difficult to convey the experience of being at The Big Apple. I know I take it for granted in many ways because it's such a hot tourist attraction, but I really do make an effort to appreciate it and visit several times a year!

They added home made chocolate!

And ice cream! mmmmm :yum:

And Snekky's favourite of all, the chocolate machine. My advice, don't leave her unattended here :joy:
