I Need Help

I got an email from Coinbase back in January that I had taxable income I need to report. Then they said my taxable
activity is below the IRS' requirement which is 600 bucks. I am unsure if I need to file. I also cannot afford it since

Turbo Tax charges over 100+ just to file. I cannot afford to file this year due to my earnings dipping. My earnings dropped like the Titanic since filing for the 2021 year. I tried to file for an extension to buy me time to come up with the money. Turbo tax has no way to contact anyone. No support email I can send. The only way to chat with someone is to pay for tax advice. My extension claim keeps getting rejected even though my information is the same. I really need your help to come up with the money since I cannot get an extension. All my info is the same so idk why Turbo keeps rejecting my extension request. Its saying my SSn and name to match what the IRS has on file. I gave the same info I gave last year.

This is what it says
" Dear TurboTax customer:

This happens from time to time, but we’ll help you fix it.

What happened?

R0000-500-01 - PrimarySSN' and 'PrimaryNameControlTxt' in the Return Header must match the e-File database.

What does this mean?

In most cases, you just need to submit a new extension application before the filing deadline.
