That Christmas

Her name was Mary she was living alone. Her husband died many years ago her only son was living in another country with his family.
That Christmas Mary was waiting for only one call.
Doorbell rang...

she opened a door with hopes but what she saw postman was there. Every time her hopes were betrayed.
Next year, again that Christmas Mary believed that her wish would come true.
Doorbell rang..

she opened a door, but again her hopes were betrayed her heart was more and more filled with disappointment. Mary was so much looking forward to seeing them on Christmas.
Another year another Christmas

Doorbell rang.....

Again she opened a door with hopes, but her friend was at the door she brought a cake for her and said let's celebrate finally my son has come to me and don't stop believing in miracles, but she has lost her every belief in wonder, so she decided to give a miracle to others. She started giving Christmas gifts to needy kids. But precisely that Christmas when she finally stopped waiting her dream was realised. This time her son was there yea :)
