Todos conocemos los monstruos,
algunos son de colores graciosos,
sin embargo, a veces vienen blancos,
como si con jabón se hubieran bañado.
Se adhieren a las paredes,
bailan como si escucharan merengue,
dicen ¡Bo! para saludar a la gente
y se meten en el armario cuando duermen.

We all know monsters, some of them are funny colors, however, sometimes they come white as if they had bathed with soap. They stick to the walls, they dance as if listening to music, they say, Bo! to greet people and get into the closet when they sleep.

También están los monstruos negros,
estos generan mucho miedo,
parecen sombras macabras,
que nos persiguen por la casa.

There are also black monsters, they generate a lot of fear,
they look like macabre shadows, chasing us around the house.

Pero, te contaré un secreto,
estos monstruos no son siniestros,
si con cepillo los lavas,
quedaran blancos como los que danzan.

But, I'm going to tell you a secret, these monsters are not sinister,
if you brush them, they will be white like the ones that dance.

Un día no muy lejano,
todos los monstruos, blancos habrán quedado,
Zomapa los está lavando,
porque pretende ser la única que asuste a los humanos.

On a not too distant day, all monsters will be white
Zomapa is washing them because she wants to be the only one that scares humans.

La zombie se cree mala,
pero es una chica fantástica,
gracias por llevarte los monstruos feos
y dejar el mundo lleno de seres bellos.

The zombie thinks she's bad, but she's a graceful girl, thank you for taking the ugly monsters and leaving the world full of beautiful beings.
