Exercising Outdoors

Yesterday we decided to set out earlier than normal which wasn't a good idea.

Donning our masks we set off on the forest walk which runs adjacent to the main road and the bicycle lanes.

Further down the walk there were a lot of families and people on the forest path and the gym area was quite full - with the gyms being closed - so I got half of my exercises done and then called it a day - finishing off at home.

Trouble was the sun was directly above and trying to bench press was not pleasant.
