How do I enter?

• First join our discord channel. Follow this link: https://discord.gg/bu2BZca

• Look for "Share Your Bests Work" Here's an image of what you're looking for.

• Decide whether your work is poetry or prose Drop the post in the correct channel

• Ensure your post will be eligible for payout. This falls on the Friday after the post was curated. If you miss this you may lose your awards.

• Lastly, make sure one of the tags is scribbleguild. This is essential.

We'll be curating prose on Tuesdays and Poetry on Thursdays. Look out for the posts. As the number of entries increases we'll be adding another prize so there'll be more chances to win each week.

Poetry In Motion The Chance To Renew by @trucklifefamily

This poem moves things in me. I find myself here most times. I especially love it because of how it progressed. See the beginning :

These cascade of images and thoughts,
keep spinning around.
opening up before me,
how long now,
till I crash towards the ground.
How long till these words, cushion my fall

But somehow, it still ended with the right motivation. Encouraging, pushing. Look here:

But opportunity awaits,
we now have the chance to renew,
to honour and acknowledge the many and few.
who pave the way
in which we now need to take

Build Me A Bridge by @father2b

This poem captures the hopes of the poet persona is he sings to his lady love. He hopes to be Able to connect with her and strengthen the connection they have.
The writer makes use of endrhymes intermittently all through the poem and he strives to show how he hopes the connection with his lady love would be with the use of images that reflect sexual tension, emotions running wild as well as the soft tender words of love.

It is definitely worth a read.
