Today, many people believe that military is an organization for killers and murderers. People that think this way are short sighted.

The main purpose of the military is to protect lives and properties of people. Military is not a career for people to die. They promote peace and human rights.

2 Peter 1:8-9 KJV
For if these things be in you, and abound, they make you that ye shall neither be barren nor unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. [9] But he that lacketh these things is blind, and cannot see afar off, and hath forgotten that he was purged from his old sins.

If you have to kill to protect yourself or others, it is allowed. Every living organism have the right defend themselves. In fact every living organism have a defense mechanism.

And the soldiers likewise demanded of him, saying, And what shall we do? And he said unto them, Do violence to no man, neither accuse any falsely; and be content with your wages.

It is always better for every Christian working as a military person to train well so as to be able to shoot to capture and not to kill.
