Hello,
Welcome to my blog..

Our body responds to whatever that goes on in my mind, this is because they are highly connected just like soul mates. Problems are part of life, but learning how to handle and cope with them in a healthy way and building healthy relationships will help you have a healthy mental health.

A number of things either good or bad can affect your mental health. Things like:

  • A big promotion, it is good but stressful and stress can affect our mind which in turn affect our physical health.

  • A heart break ( a number of people fall sick and get hospitalized when they are heart broken).

  • Loosing a job.

  • Financial problems

  • A major illness and so much more.

Our emotions can have a drastic effect our health. For example, anytime I'm anxious, I get sweaty, my heart pounds fast and I start feeling nauseous in my stomach. Some people develop a high blood pressure because they are always paranoid. A bad mental health can destroy the immune system thereby making way for sickness and diseases. A person that is emotionally down is likely to get addicted to bad practices that can destroy health such as alcoholism and smoking.

If a healthy mind is one if the secrets to healthy living, then there is a need to learn to sanitize the mind through the following steps,

  • Recognize the root of your stress and anger: Find out those things make you anxious. Identify them.

  • Express your feelings: There is no point being secretive of your problems, it will only eat you up. Try to talk to your loved ones and if they can't help, talk to a professional body.

  • BE GRATEFUL: Even if you have 99 problems, there is always 1 good reason to smile, focus on that. Focus on the good things you have, and be grateful.

  • Give yourself a treat: Take care of yourself, go out, hang out with friends, build relationships with people. Depression only breeds in isolation. When you get busy, there won't be time to feel sorry. Listen to your favorite songs, go to the gym and get that beautiful body, workouts are great relaxation tools. Eat good food and stay healthy.

  • Stay Positive and Resilient: Resilience is what I describe myself with. It is an act, learn it. Develop a healthy way to cope with life's challenges by being positive always. Remember, you become what you think.

  • Seek medical advice: If you've tried everything and you are still emotional unstable, then talk to your doctor. They will find out ways to handle your case.
I believe that these tips will be helpful..
