Frank lived in a small town and moved to the city to study at the university. To pay for his new residence, other students of his same career shared the expenses of the department and, obviously, all its facilities. The place was spacious and cozy, ideal for college students seeking comfort.

The "but" of this story will hardly begin, because in such a wonderful building there was a dark past, an unfortunate anecdote that explains why the well of one of the common areas of the residential complex had been kept closed: an infant fell and died there years ago.

The boys had heard rumors about it, but, beyond not believing them, they simply omitted them and continued with their lives. They were also told that, from the date of the accident, the facilities on the site seemed to be haunted ... What could they do about it? They had to continue there, they were far from their homes and they had to finish their careers.

One night of so many, Frank was left alone in that fourth floor and, while he was finishing bathing, he noticed the sound of footsteps inside the apartment. Despite being a very calm guy, the constant knocking caught his attention.

Armed with courage, he left the bathroom and followed the sound, which in a short time placed him in the room of his companions. It was completely dark and it took a few seconds to focus on something near the beds... His body shuddered when he identified the shape of a girl of, perhaps, 12 years, with her back to him, with shoulder-length hair and a very creepy appearance.

Fear paralyzed him and he could witness, without chance of screaming or asking for help, how the ghostly figure moved quickly to the closet and pierced the wood from which it was made. Nobody went back to sleep there with the lights off, although, from time to time, someone very playful lowers the electric current in the middle of the night.
