Black and White landscape

In black Friday show black-and-white picture haha

My work is not drawn with pencils and pens, but with black Chinese ink.

I also wanted to show you how to paint black and white mountain landscapes.

So, I use only black Chinese ink and rice paper for Chinese painting.

I made a sketch with a thin brush and ink. I marked the composition of the picture-mountains, pines.

Then I began to paint with black pine ink. The trees are in the foreground and they should be dark.

I paint a dark background between the pines and started to darken the mountains in the foreground.

Now I have to paint the clouds. I wet the paper where I paint the clouds.

And here I paint over the wet spots with diluted ink..

My painting dried up and after that I continue to paint. I add more details to the mountains. These are stone textures, trees growing on stones. I also paint birds.
