This was an unexpected adventure.

Today we took a drive to visit with a new friend. She was still getting ready, so she told us to take it slow and enjoy the drive. Therefore, when this bluff caught our eye along our travels, we pulled in for a short adventure.

Thankfully, the "government shutdown" did not prevent us from enjoying this wild masterpiece. Enjoy these photos, as they were a pleasure to make. (Yes, I have decided to agree with @monotharch and make photos rather than take them.)
