Open Mic Song Writing Contest For ~ Profane Reviews

Hello musicians!

I have had a request from Chris Bird of @profanereviews to join in on a little song writing competition.

I believe there are several ways to participate, this is just one.

This will be the only post from @OpenMicContest for participating in this competition. If you are an Open Micer or even planning to be, please feel free to write a post and post a comment here with a link to your post.

I would encourage you to watch their video to get a feel for what they are looking for.

This song must be 100% original and not be recognizable as any other song. The goal is for them to own their own song with no strings attached.

I have agreed to produce the song and I am also throwing my hat in the ring as a songwriter and posting my lyrics on my own blog.

We may be looking for musicians from around the platform to play instruments for the song that is chosen. I will let you know when/if the time is right, what kind of track you need to send me, and what tempo you need to click track your recording to.

While @FreedomExists and @Seveaux are not directly supporting this particular Open Mic Contest post, I do want to give a shout out to them both for their wonderful support of the @OpenMicContest
