Travelling today was like a box of chocolates, you didn't know what you were going to get from one kilometre to the next. We had freezing rain last night so that made things a bit interesting on the back roads. It wasn't too bad of a drive overall but it was great to finally make it back home and settle in for the evening.

The crowd I played for today are great and I just played for them on New Year's Eve as well, but they were ready to go with bells on. Today was a very fun birthday party. I always love playing those.

One lady told me she wasn't very happy today so I told her I was happy enough for both of us today, which put a little smile on her face.
