Float Mixes by Virtualex - We-Talent Round 3

Hey there,

I just joined Whaleshares today and I am just "getting the feel of it" by sharing one of my tracks I created last summer :-).

I am producing music as a hobby in my spare time - just for the fun of it.

I made the track after my brother-in-law donated a new softsynth (NI Reaktor Blocks) to me as a birthday present. I have been using it heavily ever since.

I added the SoundCloud link for easy listening and a youtube video with some visualization experiments.

Have fun!
Virtualex

The first mix (Surging)

Rising Mix

Aother version of the track with a shorter intro and more trance like vibe.

My first try on a video :-)

Juxta live

There has also been an live performance of @Juxta himself on his Radio Evolved Show @atomcollector - singing some @theturtleproject Lyrics over my song - really loved it :-). I seems links with timestamps don't work - please go to 46:30 in the video to listen to Float (the other stuff is good too! :-)

This is a peak at the project file in FL-Studio

Hello and thank you!

Yes, I am using FL-Studio - it was the first DAW I ever tried and I stuck to it up until today - so far I have been able to do whatever I wanted with it.

The only thing that really is limiting me today is the computing "power" of my PC - hopefully that will change when the new i9900k drops to a "reasonable" price ;-).

Amazing all three ones and i got to asked what did you use to make you video? I would really like to know!

I am pretty sure I like both versions equally!
Good luck in the contest!

Hello and thank you!

The Videos where made using the ZGameEditor Visualizer - a plugin that is included with my DAW ( https://www.image-line.com/plugins/Tools/ZGameEditor+Visualizer/ ).

What daw are you using? I am using a free one called Lmms

Yea I am working on getting that, just don't want to get a cracked version!

I can recommend it! The cheapest "Fruity Editon" contains the ZGameEditor Visualizer if that is of special interest to you.

The producer edition is what I would prefer though :-).

I upgraded to the signature edition as a christmas present but honestly I hardly use any of the additional features ;-).

Which is the one I am most likely going to get!!
