In the second part, the problems are different for the Captain Nascimento, now he has to lead a battle against their own. Much of the police is corrupt and is used by much higher positions in the government in order to win the upcoming elections.

But police officers will notice that they can also use the situation by buying drugs from the few remaining dealers across Rio and reselling it to other dealers.

Things will go out of control and wealthy policeman will becoame the main force in the country, making wilderness through cities as the population touches the bottom of poverty.

What will Nascimento do with his BOPA team to end the corruption you can find out in this second sequel.
