Anger, disappointment, and resentment can't be erased. But they can be evaded.

In our everyday life emotions play approximately 80% of it. Whether you're having a good day or a bad day, be it whatever; emotions are always there.

Our capacity and ability to tackle or regulate these emotions will decipher how were perceived by the people around us. If we smile at everything whether good or bad, were most likely to attract resentful looks from others. On the contrary, if we react with rage and wrath at our employees or driver, they were most likely to attract unwanted attention from others that might ever endanger our lives.

In my opinion, I think it's best for us to have emotions and not 'Extra' emotions. Having extra emotions won't breed any good results, extra emotions will ultimately lead to some unusual decisions in life which might harm or endanger our existence here on earth and as such we have to control our emotions before it controls us.

Choose the condition

At the end of the day, its what we make room for that is permitted to come to our lives. Avert conditions that propel unwanted emotions. If you know you become angry when you get in a relationship, or your anger is somewhat connected with relationship breakups, then it's best you stay out of such relationship. Perhaps there is an acquaintance you find completely annoying or irritating, it's best you abort the mission.

Adapt the situation

Peradventure, the emotion you're trying to tackle has been channeled to disappointment and disillusion. You always want things to be done at your own will or to your satisfaction or you just want the perfect meal, but along the line, something invariably goes wrong that cuts off your high expectation. Get used to this situation, or you can find the recipes that are within your range of ability that will ultimately enhance this cause. You may not be able to find the perfect answer, but its better safe than sorry.
