Make your private life like a castle with psychological weapons.
Do not allow other people to take away your inner peace and put you into emotional captivity. Be mindful when you choose who are your close friends and keep high standards in everything. Person who does not understand your way of thinking or is full of cheating cannot be your true close friend. It is better to be alone than in the company of fake friends. But good real friends can be your good allies in life. So be kind and supportive for your real friends.
Also do not be afraid to express your opinion if you disagree with something. Have no fear to refuse to do something if you dislike it. Do not hide your real worldview form your friends. Respect choices of other people. Remember, people have right to stop to be your friends.
Also honor your own liberty, do not allow others to take you under their full control.
May your expression of personal opinions and decisions be weapons of psychological defense if somebody wants to invade territory of your consciousness.
