Lifelong learning

I never thought I would enjoy so much going to school again, I've realized that life is a learning that should never end. I was invited to study the Pathway Conect, a course dictated by the BYU Univerty ,Idaho, lasting a period of 3 semesters and I accepted it with a little doubt, thinking that I was already a bit old for this experience. I must attend once a week to an activity called Gathering (Meeting of classmates) and for BYU University, Idaho, is like assisting to a class at the university in Idaho, every week there is a Lead Student (Student guide who will give the class totally in English).

The effort that the students make to teach that day is impressive, some do not speak english very well but they give the class and tell unforgettable experiences. I am in the second semester that is about Finance and in the first semester we study a lot of English and I can say that this university works miracles with the students, I have seen how the classmates have progressed in the language and the best of all is that most of them are doing great sacrifices to be present in this face-to-face class.

I did part of my studies in England with my husband, we studied several mathematics together and we only separated when we chose the specialty, he went for electronic engineering and I chose maths applied to operational studies. Curious is that now we are studying together again and with the great joy that one of my children who is a dentist is in the same class. My children are happy to see their parents in this experience, the bad thing is that mom and dad no longer have so much time for them.

I learned from someone that in difficult times the study is a good ally, preparing a little more in life is very useful. I do not know if these studies will benefit me later in life but I am quite sure is that I feel very well, I feel that my brain is full of knowledge that accompanies me everywhere and allows me to serve others with a lot of intelligence and property. I must get B + to continue in college and get a degree in financial mathematics, well I've already had an A.

This week I'm the Lead Student and I have to teach my colleagues about Variables and Formulas, a subject that I enjoy a lot, so I hope to come out triumphant. I want to let you know with this experience that you can enjoy the learning that life offers you, do not let it pass, your children and your grandchildren will always respect you and feel proud, apart from that, you will plant in them the desire tobe better in life.
