The Abbreviated Story of A Garbage Wings Junkbirdie

So many stories and so many hats, but the common thread that weaves through them all is art. Mostly in the form of music. Music and rebellion. Doesn't it always start with rebellion?

Let's just mark a few events in my timeline:

• Started guitar by learning Black Sabbath tunes
• Been writing music for 26 years. Yes, that means my first album in high school was on cassette tape
• Temporarily married to an exotic dancer. Don't get married at 18 folks!
• Traveled all across the U.S. and spent a decent amount of time homefree (city and woods)
• Opened an Infoshop in Missouri (RIP). An Anarchist bookstore and activist hub in the bible belt
• Attended a Crimethinc gathering and protested at an RNC
• Performed in an anarchobluegrass band at an Earth First! Rendevous
• Went on tour as the music act for an educational and fundraising tour for a environmental political prisoner (who is free now, thankfully)
• Became a father of a wonderful little girl who is turning 13 in a few months (pray for me)
• Lived 2 and half winters in a cabin completely off the grid. Had very little solar power for lights, an outhouse, and chopped so so so much wood. Fun fact about the magic of nature: I found bio-luminescent fungus growing on logs twice in my woods.
• Provided end of life care to the elderly as certified nurse aid
• Studied Tibetan Buddhism and attended the Rime center in Kansas City. Still ready to take on China to force them to give Tibet back...
• love all things conspiracy and magick (RIP Robert Anton Wilson)
• Current solo music project is Junkfeathers. Past solo has been Captain Tulip and Jojo Roberts
• Past bands: Nora and Gnoll, Spoke Pants of the Flowering Skillet, and Floob (to name a few...)
• Sign artist, sketch artist, and stop-motion animator
• Certified Personal Trainer with a keen interest on nutrition and the foods we eat and shouldn't eat.
• Love stand up comedy and watching Attack on Titan with my kiddo
• Eventually traded the primitive lifestyle to get a computer to learn music producing and get a cryptocurrency addiction . Been producing since March 2018. Still working towards disrupting the centralized financial racket.
