Greetings Whaleshares my name is @gibber. I am also on Steemit and DTube as @gibber and on Discord as gibber jabber #5639 and youtube as gibber jabber. I value freedom of speech, I believe it is the 1st admendment because it is that important. I may not agree with someones ideas but I fully agree with the right to express ideas. Censorship leads to violence and suffering. This is why when I heard Max Keiser, James Corbett and the Dollar Vigilante talk about Steemit I broke several years of social media silence. Initially I was on the fence, fretting, not wanting to get back into the social media landscape until I watched Jeff Berwick's interview with Dan Larimer. I was so impressed with Dan that I immediately joined Steemit. I was just looking around on Steemit and found the hash-tag "openmic" that's what started my journey on Steemit. I joined the contest the next day and now I have 44 consectutive weeks of submitting songs. I play guitar and sing. If you would like to see a complete list of my entries then you are welcome to join my Discord, here is the link, it should work but if not just shoot me a message.

Then the absolutely wonderful thing that is the Curie upvote happened to me. I was so excited that I found the Curie trail, found the Curie discord and then started getting involved with the Curators. Wonderful people and such an awesome project. I'm not a Curie Curator but I do curate for C2 and have access to channels where I bring the posts that I believe are truly exceptional and meet the Curie guidelines to the Curators which they review and possibly submit for the Curie upvote. I am honored they let hang around. ;9)

I plan on creating a simple guitar play along series on Whaleshares. I will take guitar songs and break them down for the viewer, who hopefully have a guitar in their hands and want to learn a song, ie: explain the chord progression ect then give them a chance to play along with me until they can play it on their own. It will be only available on the Whaleshare platform. I will probably call it "jammin' w/ @gibber"

Sometimes if I find things that interest me and may interest you in the public domain I will share them, ie: NASA and USGS footage and the sorts. I am really looking forward to watching this platform grow and develop. Thank you for your time.

Here's a little original slide guitar song called "lullabee" I entered in the "open-mic" contest a couple of months ago.. I hope you enjoy and have a great week.
