The conflict between passion and logic

Everyone of us may face situation when we are extremely passionate about something but our logic tells us that it is not profitable.

I believe we have faced situations when our spouse complained that we were spending more time on the computer than with them since we are always busy creating new content and curating articles whenever we can get free time before and after work.

When we first started on the platform, we certainly were unable to predict how things would turn out and how the platform would be like ten years later.

We may even have arguments with our spouse because of our use of computer whenever we are free without spending time with them.

Most of us may have invested and spent a great deal of time daily on the platform because we are passionate about it and we see a future as well as potential of great passive income.

This article is simply a short discussion about the conflict between our passion and our logic that many of us may have.
Our Passion

We are passionate about the platform that is why we spend so much time daily.

I can easily spend more than 5 hours daily on creating new content and curating articles on the platform.

It gives us the excitement when we see our content being upvoted as well as the growth of our accounts.

Passion often gives us the drive to do beyond what is expected and passion can even cause impossible dream to become reality.

Our passion can also blind us from the truth as we believe in what we choose to believe and refuse to believe what others are saying based on facts.

Our passion may have caused us to invest thousands of dollars on the platform but not all of us are seeing returns yet.

After investing a good amount of money, Bitcoin is still not going high enough to drive the rest of the cryptocurrencies to a good price.

Our investment on the platform becomes a burden to our logical minds.

Have we been so dumb to invest on something that is just a dream of great success?

Our time spent, with neglecting of our family, is it really worth it?

With doubting questions, our passion starts to be shaken indeed.

Nevertheless, we continue to write and get involved on the platform since many of us may be too addicted to it and it has become part of us.

Losing the opportunity to get involved on the platform is like losing part of our lives.

We live each day with excitement to use our computer after work to enter the platform and it gives us not only a chance to earn but a chance to vent out of frustrations through our articles.
Our Logic

Many of us are involved in steem, whaleshares, weku, smoke and many other platforms.

Our logical minds may have hindered us from investing on new platforms like whaleshares or weku but our passion for growth on these platforms may have overtaken us to invest.

At the current situation, I may not earn as much as what my day job can bring me when I work on these platforms.

Great profit can happen only if I can invest a million dollar or the cryptocurrency can have a sudden boom.

We all hope that bitcoin can have great growth so that what we are doing can reap many times in return.

Our logic tells us that we are spending too much time on the platform and we need to spend more time with our family.

It is really hard to put down everything as we may be reluctant to lose a chance to earn for that day.

The challenges of our day job as well as the reality of bringing food to our table can never be neglected.

Many of us also need to tutor and coach our children in their studies since they are still schooling.

With the high demand of time in our real life, we still put aside time to be involved on the platform against our logic.

Our heart and mind can often go into a war.
My Personal Conclusion

I must say that I am too addicted to leave the platform and I am passionate in it.

I had started out on steem and now I have ventured into other platforms.

I don’t really have a hobby and my involvement on the different platforms has become a hobby.

It gives me joy whenever I see my articles being acknowledged with upvotes and I am sure you feel the same way.

I am trying to balance both my real life and my platform life at the same time.

The result is really lesser time for rest and sleep.

Nevertheless, it is passion that drives us and it makes us feel alive with such passion.
