Getting the hang of a new app, can be tricky, let's look at the wallet in more detail and explain what everything is for.

Account0 is a default account, created by the app on install. In this case, as the wallet has already been used, it has funds. Little over 207 Privacy coins, and 25 Goofies coins.

The Privacy coin (marked 9) is Incognito's base coin. The same way as WLS is the base coin of Whaleshares. Below the coin name, the blockchain the coin is using is stated. It is important to check this when you are sending or receiving coins from others.

The Goofies (marked 8) are user issued coins. They have their own name stated as blockchain name.
User issued coins do not have their own icon, they all look the same. Some users created coins using names of coins that already exist. By checking the icon and the blockchain name, you make sure you are dealing with the correct coin.

As stated above, user can issue their own token. Tap the "Issue your own token" button (marked 7) will take you to the token screen. Fill out name, short name, and supply and you are done.

The coins displayed for Account0 are limited, you can add any coin you want. Tap the "Follow a token" link (marked 6). In the next screen use the search function to find the coin of your choice. Tap the +-sign at the right side of the screen to actually add the token to your account.

At the bottom of the screen you find 4 different sections of the wallet app.
2 - the wallet itself
3 - monitor function for virtual or physical node
4- this will hold a collection of apps, in privacy mode
5 - the anonymous DEX of Incognito

The settings icon (marked 1) directs to the Account screen.

When you tap an account name, you tell your wallet to switch to that account. If at any point you want to switch back to an(other) account, just tap the settings icon and tap the account name.

The numbers of account your wallet can hold is unlimited.
Creating a new account is easy. Tap the three dots (marked 3), enter a name and hit the "Create account" button.

Every account comes with keys. The most important one is your private key. Make sure to save the private key of every account you use. You need this key in case things go wrong, or when you want to add/restore your account on another device.

You restore your account by

  • tapping the settings icon (marked 1),
  • then the three dots (marked 3),
  • then select Import key

You can either paste the key itself, or scan the QR code of the key.
The suggested name can be changed by tapping "Edit" next to it.

Your Keys

You can find your keys by tapping the key icon (marked 4).
Make sure to save the private key of every account.
No one knows your keys. In case you lose them, you lose access to your funds.

pDEX(Withdraw) Accounts

The pDEX(Withdraw) accounts (marked 2), are not to be used directly. These are the accounts the app uses when you start trading in the pDEX section.
