Last day of the year. Yes, there is so much fuss about the end of the year and the new year. You might wonder why?

Everyone loves and wants a fresh start, that's why. We all want to rid ourselves of the old and embrace the new. Some might question how this helps in any way but for some, they would hold on to anything that gives hope, even if it is faint.

Don't take away hope from another even if you can't see the light yourself. It is okay if you can't see the light because we all have different experiences and life dishes out in a different way to each and everyone but never discourage or blow out the ray of hope another is having.

We all want a fresh start, sometimes. We all want to put the horrors of the past behind us, hoping things can take different and positive turns thereafter.

The new year offers hope to another person regardless of how many times they have fallen or how many times they have failed to stick to their resolutions. Be the reason another person can hope and dream again but if you think you can't offer that hope, then leave that person, bid that person well and go on your own way. If you can't fix it, don't make it more broken. If you can't help, don't leave another person worse off than they met you.

The new year offers hope. I see hope and endless possibilities. You doubt it? Well, it's my lens and not yours. I am careful about my reality and you should too.
