I cannot wait for this to get done!!!

I have begun to build a smokehouse. It will be used for both hot-smoking and cold-smoking, and will be a huge asset here on the homestead. I was going to include it in our outdoor kitchen build, but I've decided to have it be a free-standing building. Enjoy the show!
