recipe for disaster.

3 person meal 2400grams potato.
4 eggs ,
one big ass onion. And I mean huge. ,
garlic head.
Dill and spices..
4tablespoons with fullgrain flour.
... anyway. Oh and salt. For every person there needs to be one brisk of salt.
Take full 3to4 fingers of salt you know... claw that salt.

what to do next.

! Alright.
Shred potato.
Shred onion.
cut garlic
Don't make a mush.
Add eggs all of them do it perfectly. Do it in a big bowl or a pot.
Add all the ingredients in there and just stirr it.
Put that product on the hot oily pan and wait till it becomes golden or brown... then flip it.
and no im not meaning the selling kind of flip, im thinking more of a pancake flip.
If you cant flip the whole thing slice it in 4 pieces. Then flip.
make it so it is a pancake, potcake this time. so press and even out all the roughness.
Then heat it on low so that internals can cook perfectly. its done when potatoes are are edible,
you know when it does not taste like raw potats.
When done just eat it. What else you gonna doo? Take a pic of it? Eat it. Enjoy.

the truth

i wanted to make a huge potato pancake, but failed... well maybe next time. when i will have a stronger arm to swing that 5kg pan around(i dont know how much the pan weighs, its a iron real iron pan. ). ...well it flipped but only half way, it folded and thats when i knew i failed very badly.

learn from my mistakes and do it perfectly the first time.
take your time to prepare for the flip. dont haste.
