Sometimes we work too hard and we forget to put our health on check, on countless occasions we are not to be blamed for this, because bills keep up pilling up and we have no other option than to work hard and pay bills.
However, sometimes we do things that become detrimental to our health, we might not see it that way but as time goes on, our health begins to give us a different signal.
