New year, time to get more healthy for real this time

With the start of a new year, lots of people start or try to commit to better habbits. Some succeed, some fail, some have none.

For me personally, after a decade being smoking and all kinds of stuff that is unhealthy, facing my thirties to come this year too, it's time to dedicate.

Many signals from various corners already have been giving me hinds to some topics to turn over the lifestyle I was living.
With smartphones and other devices connected to the internet and having software that learns you around, the mystical advice came mostly from a program I believe. And also I know now that it goes a step further than we all can imagine, when friends start giving me the same advice, because they probably somehow have been given hinds by the online connected world too, it's scary yes, but also this is probably the future and the 'smart code that learns' will develop on and the future generation to come will probably grow up with a virtual babysit and au pair.

What is now the thing to do?

Committing to a healthy lifestyle! Let's quit poisoning ourselves with inhaling smoke from tobacco. I quit cigarettes kind of but also not, I just quit buying them when I bought a pipe a few months ago, and even though it is pretty tasty, and the Vape machine is too that I also used for a time to replace the sign. Now I really start to look at smoking as a fail. Because I'm now facing the age of going backwards with the body vitality. I've Learned from a Phd biotechnology researcher once that until the age of 29 or 30 smoking is when moderated less damaging.

My goals and change in habbits are:

  • Quit inhaling smoke for good, also vape, nothing just air from now on. byebye pipe.
  • Work out frequently again; Already have a subscription at the local gym here and it's time to build on this body again, expect a streamlined seveaux this summer.
  • A vitamin rich meal everyday and get that smoothy machine used more.
  • I used to take long walks listening to music on my iPod enjoying the environment daily, but haven't done this the last few months as I did before so that's going to be the case too.

Also being offline and sleep before midnight and getting up early around the time the world normally wakes up too is now what I will try.. I always enjoyed the Night a lot because I could lose myself in being productive, more on things, reading about things until late in the night, for some reason this really was my comfort zone.
But that's going to be a ciao ciao now aswel probably.

Your Health is the most valuable thing to have in life next to love, and confidence being not worried. this last thing is where riches come in to secure payments and not have to think of it. For some people money is all, but in fact that comes after being able to breath eath and move like it should be.

What are your plans to improve yourself? Let me know. For me it's Health, then we see what's coming. If we stick to our plans to change things in our life then we feel better anyway later when those habbits are turned and become a habbit again but then better for your body.
