HEAL YOUR EYES a little everyday

Hello,

I present you a subject i tend to study in different ways and want to share few things with you .

We live in a time where screens are fully part of our everyday life
Our eyes see differently and most people now wear glasses
I see more and more kids with very thick glasses
And all over the world it is what i call an "eye genocide" , understand third eye too because
It also affects our glands , hormones , blood , brain , digestion .

My view of the mental result is :

馃馃憖 Mental activity is over used resulting in hyperactivity and depression / fatigue.
馃馃憖 Short term memory is lost because of too much informations ,
Images and sounds .
馃馃憖 Sleeping patterns broken affecting deep sleep ( and probably dreams )

Here's an exercise that will take few minutes a day. There is a simple round of exercises for your eyes that will improve your vision dramatically and relax your whole system . The key is to do them in a pitch black room. The eyes respond to thousands of things a minute that we aren't even conscious of. Sit or lay down in a pitch black room and also cup your hands over the eyes. Then look up,then down. Pay attention to the movements. Up and down 10x Then side to side,10x full movements. Then diagonal, upper left to lower right and upper right to lower left, 10x each. Then big, slow circles 10x in each direction. That's it! Anyone who has worked in the Chinese school system has seen the eye exercise regimens they make the students do, usually twice every school day. But still, they have a lot of vision problems. The exercises look great,but you just can't expect the eyes to cooperate in any amount of light,they will do the movements you ask them to but they are looking at hundreds of other things at the same time.

Try the exercises I described in a light room then do them again at night like I said you will feel the difference. Even a pinpoint of light from a smoke detector or other electronics will upset the exercises. I repair my vision a little everyday with this exercise , Because the darkness is key .
On the other hand , sungazing at Sunset and Sunrise is really important for your health .

lights on phones and computers are eating our eyes , they self destruct . If you have heard scientists talking about how the eyes pick up 2,000,000 bits of information a second but only process a few hundred of them it's easy to understand why the darkness is key. And adding the cupped hands over the eyes is just as important as the eyes are also picking up information in the dark. Once you are free to really do the exercises,this simple set will work out all of the muscles around the eyes, and correct a lot of problems that a doctor would just give you a prescription for.

Also you can buy cheap stenope glasses and wear them while on computer or tv
I say cheap because all of them are the same , made in China .no fancy ones found.
Try them while reading subtitles when normally your wear your eye glasses and see how useful they are.

Little tips :

馃拫 You can also try a little lemon zest in purified water
馃拫 Computer screen protection
馃拫 yellow glasses
馃拫 No screens 1h prior going to bed ( and all lights in the house dimmed )
馃拫 Remove eye glasses when not necessary
馃拫 Look far away and around you to help the eyes readapt to different view length
