Hello Whales! Today, in celebration of Halloween coming soon, (My favorite holiday!), I thought it would be fun to have a Halloween themed event. What I have come up with, is a bit of an opinion contest. I am going to put up a selection of my favourite movies to watch near halloween, and I would like you all to comment and tell me which of them you think is the best watch on the list, and why. This should give most people a chance to participate, should you enjoy the genre :)

How to Win?

There will be 2 ways to win coins during this contest. We will need both people sharing their opinions, and people voting on these comments so as to determine the winner. Opinion Shares: I want to see your top five favorite movies to watch around Halloween. Voters: Firstly, the person who's comment receives the most votes, will receive the main prize, however, so as to incentivize people to vote, the first ten votes on the winning comment, will also receive a smaller prize of 8 Midas coins.

Self votes will not be counted, and you may only vote on 2 other peoples comments in this contest. I do not want people just voting every single comment, only the ones that they agree with. For this reason I will allow two vote submissions.

Tales of terror reveal the consequences of extinguishing a Jack-o-Lantern before midnight and a grumpy hermit's encounter with a sinister trick-or-treater.

#5 - Poltergeist 2015

IMDB Description: All seems well for Eric Bowen (Sam Rockwell), wife Amy (Rosemarie DeWitt) and their three children as they move into their new house in the suburbs of Illinois. Soon, youngest daughter Maddy (Kennedi Clements) begins talking to an imaginary friend, or so the family thinks. It's not long before sinister spirits wreak havoc in the home, holding Maddy captive and forcing the parents to consult a team of parapsychologists who engage the supernatural entities in a battle for the girl's freedom.

I am thinking that I will allow a voting period of Seven Days, though I may choose to extend that should I feel that there is not enough participation to reward everyone fairly.
