@poeticsnake is altijd wel bezig met mensen uit te dagen, maar dan wel in positieve zin.
Ditmaal vraagt ze om een foto te plaatsen van een dier waarbij je een goed gevoel hebt, maar niet in huis wil hebben... (zie post)
Voor mij is dat een Kameleon. Ik vind het een prachtig, bijna voorhistorisch, diertje dat de gave heeft om van kleur te veranderen.
Er zijn meerdere redenen waarom ik het niet in huis wil... Het is een wild dier, dus moet het volgens mij in zijn eigen omgeving kunnen blijven en geen pronkstuk worden van 1 persoon.
Een ander punt is dat hij zijn kleuren constant aanpast aan zijn omgeving, dus zou het wel eens lastig kunnen zijn om hem terug te vinden.
Ik wil eigenlijk helemaal geen dieren in huis, het beperkt me in mijn vrijheid en meer belangrijk, je beperkt de vrijheid van het dier...
Nog een bedenking over die kameleon: hij veranderd zijn kleuren afhankelijk wat hij ziet, maar in welke kleur zou hij veranderen als hij voor de spiegel staat?

For me that is a Chameleon. I think it is a beautiful, almost prehistoric, animal that has the gift to change color.
There are several reasons why I do not want it in the house ... It is a wild animal, so I think it should be able to stay in its own environment and not become a showpiece of 1 person.
Another point is that he constantly adjusts his colors to his environment, so it might be difficult to find him.
I don't really want any animals in the house, it limits my freedom and more importantly, you limit the freedom of the animal ...
Another thought about that chameleon: it changes its colors depending on what it sees, but what color would it change if it is in front of the mirror?
