420FreeWrite Prompt "Wolves"

Who ever said writings including cannabis have to be strictly about cannabis? Get started today with something simple or put your heart and soul into it like I do, free writing is an amazing way of getting those creative juices flowing. Typically I start with the usual 5-min mark and just see where the prompt from The FreeWriteHouse leads me but every so often I will sit down and really try infuse some cannabis into my writings. What ever your interest is, have fun with it, make it poetry, let your mind run wild!

Blockchain Coffee "Wolves"

Have you ever had a**** close call while ****blazing but did not realize it till after the fact? Things just do not seem to click when you are in the midst of it, yet afterwards you wonder how it was even possible for you to be _ so _oblivious ? I am not referring to almost locking your keys in the car rather one of the situations like **almost**** stepping in front of a bus . Difference between what I am about to tell you and the bus reference is the time it takes till realization. When you are immediately aware of the threat the reaction is _ immediate _ while the situation also being _ immediately over _. When the threat only dawns on you much after the fact _ an **_ ** eerie feeling will inevitably consume you!**

It was late, very late, having been awake the entire night approaching 4:20 AM I went out to blaze. So quiet, sitting there listening to the leaves rustling in the wind just enjoying my doobie. Each toke in with a deep inhale and a _ hold _ as if trying to make all the smoke disappear inside my lungs before exhaling. Doing everything in my power to bring myself down from this insomnia induced delusional state but nothing seemed to be working.

"A walk" I thought, maybe the fresh air will do me some good. Get away from the computer screens and drone of all the fans inside my cramped apartment. Find a relaxing spot and possibly do a little meditation draw in mother's nature. Exhaling my final toke and spinning for the door I heard the wind kick up, rustling the bushes next to my house. " Bring your torch lighter" my internal voice kept repeating to me while rolling a couple joints for my walk. Stepping outside, right when the door clicked shut I realized I had forgotten my torch lighter. "No Matter" I mumbled to myself as I listened for any wind. It seemed as if the weather had died down again, hoping for best I set off on my mission of relaxation.

An hour or so later, having found a good spot to meditate, now heading home I found myself so _ relaxed _ I walked the entire way in what seemed only but a moment. It must have taken me about twice as long as normal but I was still off completely in my own headspace and didn't even notice the time pass. I was _ so freaking stoned _ having done my usual meditation session, putting the joint in my mouth and using the time it takes to burn as my timer. Every deep inhale is a giant toke with every _ exhale being a huge cloud of smoke _… shall we call it a canna-ditation? 😅

Crawling into bed finally feeling as if I could sleep noticing my window had been open the entire night with my curtains precariously tucked into themselves. Thinking to myself "That's Lucky" since I had my candles burning when leaving, could have burned the house down. Watching the candle seem to dim as my eyes became heavy, slowly closing for moments at a time only to be jolted wide awake by wolves outside my window. "_ oWOOoooo _" the howl echoes through my room making me take a quick glance around. Before even taking a breath I had jumped out of bed and slammed the window closed!!!

Laying back down my mind racing once again, " what a waist of a good meditation" I started thinking only to have a sense of sheer dread _ consume me _ as the realization hit me. I never did feel the wind at all though hearing it everywhere I went, as stoned and panicked as I was I knew in this moment that it…
