Okras with beef

One very special dish my grandma makes every once in a while is okras with roast beef.
She also likes to add potatoes and eggplants or zucchinis during summer. This time she only had potatoes.
She first boils the beef to help it get softer and cook faster in the oven, then she sautés the potatoes and okras and puts all the ingredients in a deep baking tray, adds homemade tomato sauce, salt, pepper, oil and water and lets it cook in the oven.
The final result... a nutritious meal I really love!
