Hello friends!

I will share with you the recipe for baked meat. I buy dietary turkey meat, and when baking do not use oil or other fat. This is an amazing recipe! When I found out about it, I couldn't believe I could cook a Turkey that way. But I checked and I did it! My family said it was delicious! I've been cooking Turkey like this for years.

Difficulty: 2/10
Cooking time: 15 minutes in the oven + 2 hours before cooling down
Servings: 8

Ingredients:

Turkey meat 1,5 kg
Salt 2 tbsp. spoons
Garlic (to taste)
Pepper, paprika (to taste)

Preparation

The most important thing in cooking is to choose the right weight of meat and observe the baking time. Then а meat will turn out delicious and juicy.

Try to find the whole meat with a weight of about 1.5 kg.

Do not try

tie together a few small pieces of meat
use chicken breast
use pork!
The weight of a whole piece of meat can range from 1.3 to 1.5 kg. Then adjust the cooking time:

  • 1.3 kg - 13 minutes (the dish will be slightly dryish)
  • 1.4 kg - 14 minutes (good)
  • 1,5 kg - 15 minutes (ideally!)

Before preparing the meat, you must turn on the oven to the highest temperature. I have 250 degrees. I also include convection. The oven should be heated to a good heat.

The meat itself is rubbed with salt. Sometimes I stuff garlic meat, sometimes not. This option is left to your liking.

Then the turkey breast should be sprinkled in spices. Choose them to your taste.

I really like to use ground paprika. It makes a nice crust on the meat.

Prepared turkey meat set to bake in the oven.

And immediately start a timer!

The turkey meat is not covered by anything, the temperature in the oven is not reduced, and the oven door is not opened.

When the timer rings, turn off the oven. And leave the turkey meat in it until it cools down completely. This will take about two hours.

Two hours passed ambassadors cooling the turkey meat. We get it from the oven.

Look, what beauty on a cut!

Bon Appetit!
