Salad with champignons, pumpkin and sausage

Hello , my friends!
Today we will cook a new sausage salad. The salad is based on sausage, mushrooms, pumpkin, Whole Oatmeal and canned corn. A very unusual but tasty combination. Whole Oatmeal and Pumpkin give this salad an unforgettable savory flavor. You should use Whole Grain Oatmeal, not oatmeal.

Ingredients:
● Sausage - 300-400 gr
● Pumpkin -200-300 gr
● Whole Oatmeal grain -1 -1.5 cups
● Canned champignons -1 can (250-300gr)
● Canned corn -1 can (300gr)
● Mayonnaise -400 gr and more
● Salt, pepper, herbs - to taste

1.Previously, you need to boil oatmeal in salted water. Oatmeal is cooked for 40 minutes. It has an interesting taste. Oatmeal, with a slight hint of barley (more in terms of form factor)
Drain the water and let the oatmeal cool. I cheated a little and cooked oatmeal along with chunks of pumpkin. Pumpkin is responsible for the cheerful color of the salad and the tenderness in the taste.

2.Open a can of canned corn and drain the liquid from it. Put the corn on the salad. Exactly the same manipulations should be done with canned champignons. But if you have fresh mushrooms and you fry them with onions, then it will be much better, without any doubt.

3.Take a good sausage. I took "Doktorskaya" from one trusted manufacturer. Cut the sausage into pieces comparable to the pumpkin. Add the sausage to the salad. Now add mayonnaise or a mixture of mayonnaise with sour cream or yogurt to the salad.
Gently mix the salad
Now you can add salt, pepper, spices and herbs to taste. I usually put the salad in the refrigerator for a few hours, so the salad will be juiced up and become softer and tastier.
