Helllo. my friends!

Bucatini are so thick spaghetti with holes inside.
Italians have a lot of the most varied pasta, so pasta never bothers.
The basic idea of the recipe is to use grilled pears.
And if you have a slice of Dor Blue cheese, this will be a real delicacy!
Let's Go!
The recipe is simple!

Ingredients:

● Bucatini - 1 pack (400 g)
● Pear - 1 pc.
● Grated cheese - 100 g or more
● Salt, pepper, herbs, oil, spices - to taste

For the sauce:
● Cream - 200 ml
● Celery - 1 stalk
● Onion - 1 pc.
● Grated cheese - 100 g

1.We'll take a dense pear. "Conference" and "packham" are fine.
Cut the pear into slices, remove the seed box and grill the pear pieces on both sides until done. It takes about 15 minutes.
It seemed to me that Bucatini with cream, pear and cheese would look pale, because I additionally made a grilled pumpkin.
Let the pumpkin bring a little bit of brightness to the dish, although this is not an indispensable component, it is not in the recipe.
But you need to be guided by your preferences, and not blindly follow the letter of the recipe.
