I had made delicious spiny gourd fry recipe

Mustrad Oil

At frist I bought spiny gourd and potatoes from market .
Firstly I had cut spiny gourd and potatoes .
After that I had washed spiny gourd and potatoes with water . After washing spiny gourd with potatoes , I had mixed tumaric and salt . When mustrad oil is hot , i had fried onions .
After frying onions , I had boiled spiny gourd and potatoes. I had fried spiny gourd sometimes . Thus I made this recipe .Really It is very delicious and tasty recipe . It is a homemade recipe .
Spiny gourd includes in sugars, vitamins A and C. Spiny gourd contains little mounts of magnesium, copper, potassium, sulfur and chlorine. Fresh
