Christmas Cupcake with Raisin馃巹馃巼
During the Christmas holidays, I love cooking delicious pastries. Today I chose one of my favorite cupcake recipes.
I added a handful of raisins to the dough. A raisin cupcake perfect for the Christmas holidays with a family.
The cupcake with raisin is very tender with a pleasant aroma that fills the entire kitchen. I am pleased to prepare baking, at the time of the holiday I always want to cook my favorite cupcake in which I add raisins.
A cupcake can be cut into thin slices and enjoy its taste with a cup of hot cocoa.
Ingredients:
4 eggs
sugar 1 cup
vanilla 1 tsp
butter 180 g
flour 2 cups
a handful of raisins
powdered sugar to taste
Directions:
Eggs mixed with sugar and vanilla until a fluffy mass.
Add soft butter. Mix everything. Gradually add flour and knead the dough. Then add raisins to the dough and mix a little.
Grease the baking dish with butter and carefully lay out the dough.
Bake a cupcake at a temperature of 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes. The cupcake sprinkle with powdered sugar.
