Happy Hump Day Friends! 馃構

You've made it halfway through the work week and the weekend is right around the corner! Yayyyyy!!!馃槂

Hump Day is the perfect day to reward yourself with a nutritiously sweet treat. Today, I'm soaking up the Indian summer sunshine 馃尀馃崅 and squeezin' out some yummy juice. 馃

I'm also sharing with you my refreshing recipe for Watermelon Mango Carrot Juice! 馃槏

It's a delicious drink that's quick and easy-to-make. Mmmmmm... goodness in a glass!

Health Benefits

This super juice is a beverage with many health benefits. Mangoes are loaded with vitamins C and A plus 25 different kinds of carotenoids. Watermelon and carrot juice will also do your body right with an additional turbo boost of vits A & C.

Another benefit of watermelon juice is that it's bursting with electrolytes to keep your body hydrated. Both mango and watermelon juice have terrific anti-inflammatory properties that will also help to up your immune system. Good things!

Lastly, the beta-carotene and lutein found in carrots are known to give your eyes and skin more sparkle and glow! Sweeettt!

Watermelon Mango Carrot Juice Recipe

Ingredients

5 large carrots
2 cups of fresh watermelon
1 large mango
1 lime
Yield: 2 servings (12 fl oz per serving)

Directions

Wash all produce well. Peel the carrots, mango and lime. Discard the mango pit. Add all ingredients through juicer. Strain the juice to remove any pulp.

Now you're ready to serve, sip and enjoy your fresh juice!
