Another easy AND healthy remedy to relieve your post-party veisalgia is to drink a cup of hot ginger tea! And today, I'll show you how!

Health Benefits

Ginger root is a terrific digestive aid and is known to help settle an upset stomach. Lemon juice will give a small boost of Vitamin C to your immune system. Meanwhile, honey boasts healing minerals and antioxidants as well as anti-inflammatory properties.

This is a recipe for ginger and green tea with lemon and honey. You can also add a dash of spicy cayenne pepper to really sweat out that hangover!
