Simple and tasty
To make a meal we don't need to use so many ingredients and the best foods to use are those which contribute to keep us healthy.
Ingredients for the meat:
1/2 kilo de minced meat
1/4 cup of parmesan cheese
1 small zucchini grated
1/4 of a small onion grated
1 red chilli cut
1 teaspoon of cumin
Salt to taste
1 tablespoon of olive oil
Procedure:
Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix. Heat a pan with olive oil and place the hamburgues at slow heat and cook for both sides.
Ingredients for the puree:
5 potatoes
1/4 cup of parmesan cheese
2 tablespoon of butter
1 small broccoli cooked
salt to taste
Procedure:
Smash the potatoes still hot, put the butter, salt and cheese, mix well and finally add the broccoli.
Salad:
Make a salad with avocado, tomatoes and onions and for the dressing just mix a tablespoon of honey, olive oil and apple vinegar
