BRAAI TIME with - Roast Veg & Feta Cous Cous Salad - YUM!!

Cous cous is one of those amazingly versatile ingredients that you can pretty much do ANYTHING with!! We are having a braai this evening and so I decided to make this favourite of mine!

Essentially, I make the cous cous (which as I have explained before is the simplest thing to make and does NOT have to be cooked on a stove or in a microwave. I roast the veg which takes literally 15 min on 250 degrees Celsius close to the top of the oven. Then when everything has cooled relatively, I mix it all together, add the crumbled feta and then keep it in a warming draw or on a warming tray of you prefer. I don't have any in the house today, but adding diced avo on top when you serve it is a REAL WIN!! Yummy!!!! Well, I am going to put my phone down now, get back to our braai and enjoy some good red wine! Cheers peeps! MWAH!!! ❤
