Good morning my friends, today we will create something really good with not many ingredients or work at kitchen , let’s do it

Ingredients

1200g. pork leg or shoulder
2 medium onions, finely chopped
2-3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
½ flitz. Tea of Agnolado
1 glass of wine
Juice of 2 lemons
salt - freshly ground pepper
oregano
½ κουτ. sweet corn flour or flour
5 potatoes

Preparation

Wash the meat, wipe it with absorbent paper and cut it into small pieces.
In a large saucepan, heat the oil, add the meat and sauté.
When it gets colored, add the onion, garlic and continue sautéing. Once the onion is transparent, quench with the wine and when it evaporates, add the potatoes (cut into cubes), salt and pepper, oregano and add hot water, until it almost covers the meat.

Let it simmer for about 45 '- 50', until the meat is done (adding water if necessary).
Five minutes before the end, take some of the juice, put it in a cup, dissolve the corn flour and pour it into the pot together with the lemon juice.
Mix well and let it boil for another 4'- 5 ', add the potatoes and turn off the heat.
Let it melt for 1 '- 2' and serve.
